Outdoor Classroom

It was a beautiful sunny afternoon on Friday. We went outside for our art lesson to our new outdoor classroom. We looked at all the beautiful spring flowers growing in the garden. We sketched the flowers and coloured them using colouring pencils. It was great fun to be working outside in the sunshine.

Our First Confession

On Wednesday 23rd March at 7:30pm in St Maurs church we made our first Confession. There were two priests, Fr Coghlan and Fr Cullen in the church. Ms O’ Neill and Mr O’ Sé were there too. Mr O’ Sé played the guitar and we sang lots of songs. God forgave us our sins. The priests blessed us. We are God’s friends. We told everyone about the lost sheep. Mollie was the shepherd and Leah was the lost sheep. At the end of the ceremony we sang ‘Connected’.
We are now looking forward to making our First Holy Communion.

We made a poster for the story 'The Lost sheep'.
